1. About this site

Web Directory Book (“the site”, “we”, “our”) can be found at webdirectorybook.com and is operated by the operator of Web Directory Book. Our email address is [email protected]. The contact form is always available.

2. Who may use it

• You must be at least 18 years old. If you are younger, please leave the site.
• It is your responsibility to check that free social games are lawful where you live.
• We may ask you to confirm your age again, and we may restrict or close any account we believe belongs to a minor.

3. What the site is, and is not

The site is a collection of free social games made for entertainment. It is not a gambling service.

• We sell nothing, and we do not accept deposits, payments or card details.
• Credits inside the games have no monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, goods or services.
• We give out no cash prizes and no prizes with real-world value.
• Success in a free game says nothing about how you would fare gambling with real money.

4. Accounts

• Accounts are optional. The games and the rest of the site work without one.
• If you create an account, provide accurate details, keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can sign in with an email address and password or with Google. Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that step.
• You may delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
• As a safeguard, five incorrect passwords in a row pause password sign-in for 15 minutes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the site if you are under 18; provide false information; try to break, overload or get around the site or its games; run bots or automated scripts against our forms or games; copy, scrape or resell the site or its games; or use the site for anything unlawful or to harass others.

6. The games

The games are embedded files that run within our pages. We cannot promise that a game will always be available, free of errors or compatible with your device, and games may be changed, paused or withdrawn. Results are for fun and predict nothing.

7. Ownership

The site, including its design, wording, artwork and games, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and play it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Our liability

The site is provided “as is”. We do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, and as far as the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost play credits, which have no value. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
